Watch this video of Paco Cepero where he does Alzapua at 1:35 and see how he rotates his wrist away from the guitar to attack the pulgar at a sharper angle.

I dusted off that video of Oscar Herrero and watched that falseta... You are making a few fundamental timing mistakes. You need to be careful that all the melodic phrases are triplet, except the last one which is 16 notes.

I don't like the way Oscar Herrero does rasqueado por tangos, but hey, he likes it. So more power to him.
