Was wondering whether too much flamenco can make you ill.
I am rather addicted and am trying to play complicated pieces. Anyway, my nerves are wrecked, and until now, I thought this was be due to other causes...but it was suggested that I could be playing too much flamenco (2-3hrs each day...sometimes longer..and I am teaching myself..compas is constantly in my head, and am unconsciously tapping my feet!).
It has also been suggested that it could be my posture and general muscle tension when I am playing.

I am not so sure. Has anyone come across this before?
Any advice is welcome.
